"Yoga has been on my to-do list for a while and I finally tried it as a way to stretch before or after riding my horse. I find it very beneficial to stretch all the muscles involved in this sport such as lower back, inner and outter thighs, and glutes. After riding, the stretches really help me avoid stiffness.
